Leaders Address the needs of RER -Wajir

" The true mark of a leader is the willingness to stick with a bold course of action — an unconventional business strategy, a unique product-development roadmap, a controversial marketing campaign — even as the rest of the world wonders why you're not marching in step with the status quo. In other words, real leaders are happy to zig while others zag. They understand that in an era of hyper-competition and non-stop disruption, the only way to stand out from the crowd is to stand for something special."

-Bill Taylor, from the article "Do You Pass the Leadership Test?"

Dear leaders it's not a demand to have better service delivery it's our constitutional rights today you intimidate, discriminate in the name of mheshimwa or the position you hold whether you are Governor, Member of parliament, women representative, Members of County Assembly, Senator remember we are the ones who bestowed upon you into the power.

Today you are guided or sorrounded by incompetent, unprofessional rude, arrogant men and women who guard you, your offices are no go zone, you set protocols with most harshly arrangements ,to see you is like walking over thorny bush, your phones are ever off or diverted, you set cartels in between us who day in days out who lie to us in favouring maybe their blood connected Individuals WHY are you becoming invisible creature ? WHERE OR HOW WE CAN TRACE YOU?  you never respond to our calls , messages what is more astonishing you rarely visit to your electorates, only seen when need a rise - conflicts, launching elephant projects or appearing in marriage ceremonies posting your pictures come on be responsible enough to value us - on your campaign trail you stood on our beard, on our knees to beg for our votes but today you are building your castles.

We need employment, water, peace, good infrastructure roads, quality education, better health services, empowerment and many promises you took - you hold the Holy Qur'an swear that you will server diligently where is that? today you use divide rule , majority against minority, on scapegoat means you give fake assurance .

On resource allocation you are not fair enough- CDF are misused, given to your kins, daughter related relatives- The poor families are left out.

Nepotism, clannism , political loyalist payback facilitation are the only norm you are fulfilling.

Today whenever you create jobs, form your administration you forecase to please certain people who are already well enough in their life why such impunity nyinyi bure kabisa we have youths (brains who are competent enough) fear God viongozi wetu.

Some of us were foot soldier to your victory who stood in thick and thin, hours in hours out, struggled for you either we were part of the communication team, we stand strong to sell your agenda, some use their small amount to woe voters, on valleys, on top of the vehicles we risk our lives to make sure you win the election but today you over-loved others by giving opportunities to people who never had any associate with your victory. You don't see if we exist remember we can turn our bullets against you because remember we have the power- SOVEREIGNTY OF THE PEOPLE- again we are keyboard warriors.

Youths are facing massive unemployment forcing many to search for better life in other countries - the journey to the dessert hundreds died, tenths are held in Libya for ransom, others join sects, others opted for drugs abuse.

Our sisters whenever they seek for jobs they are compromised -sex for jobs. Directors, Human Resources managers , Chief officers mention all concerns making close behind ordeals - our sisters are turned to be trash.

Dear sister too you shouldn't be naive, you have have what it takes , you are healthy go for other ways to empower yourself - don't be influenced with materials.

Dear leaders be sober in your decision making, few Weeks ago you declare that Orahey will be demolished honestly is this another genocide? the people whose vote gave you the opportunity to be in that office now you are turning against them? what HYPOCRISY?  wether I voted for you or not you are the servant of the people, quite frankly it's not a way to go those citizens deserve respect and support- if you want to bring sanity go ahead,  provide services including clean water, pay school fees, jobs and what this wananchi wants- once that is settled then continue with the proper planing of the town for now I'm hungry,  a hungry man is an angry man .

we need our constitutional rights be fastracked; access to heath, employment, Social amenities and all needful inputs we are yarning for.

Today, leave of provisions of anything but you are not giving us RESPECT, RESPONSE, ANSWERS, SOLUTIONS, HOPES - No one is spared if you are people with disabilities, youths, old , mothers, poor all are treated harshly and less important - Your term is limited it's five years again you will come back to us for another chance so be good today so that you will able to harvest better tomorrow.

Today you are responsible for everyone even wildlife- The mother who sleeps hungry, the bird that dies for thirsty it's upon your shoulder.

Mheshimwa(leaders) fulfill the promises usipate laana ya wananchi. That small millions you pride with yourself won't be a shield in HEREAFTER. Leo ni wewe kesho nasi .

Remember you will be asked by God how you utilize that power. POWER ERODES AND IT'S EXPIRES. We appeal you address our plights and problems.

We need the rays of hope be realized in every corner of Wajir as you put at bay the politics of revengeful, hatred, tribal and you must bring cohesiveness, progress, unity and development.

God bless my county, wajeer.
