  On my recent visit ( admitting patient) to Wajir referral hospital has left me in shocks and queries. WHY such treatment? whose role to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in management and coordination? where does the bus stop? upon arrival to the facility I face cruelty from a section of staffs on the duty too much nagging, frustration once you inquire help, no one gives the attention you want - if you are not patient enough surely one may cause problem. I tried to lower my tempo waiting for you attendance well it went in vain.  From the way I was accorded purely one can understand the staffs don't have a close rapport with patients or anyone who seeks for assistance. if there is an arrival of emergency - there is too much bureaucracy and stalemate within.  I think any emergency case the personnel should give a quick response to save life not rather than compromised faults - There is closet of impunity in giving services, it's either incompetency or not willingly. it'...
