Wajir West MP Hon. Wajir West Member of Parliament Hon. Yussuf Mohamed Farah (Muliro) has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Ahmed Kanyare Bishar following his appointment as a Commissioner of the Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee (IGRTC).

In his congratulatory message, the legislator described the appointment as a well-deserved honour, reflecting Ahmed Kanyare Bishar's dedication, integrity and distinguished record of service.

"Congratulations, Brother Ahmed Kanyare Bishar, on your well-deserved appointment as a Commissioner of the Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee (IGRTC). 

This remarkable achievement is a testament to your dedication, integrity and unwavering commitment to serving with excellence."

Hon. Muliro expressed confidence that the new Commissioner would discharge his responsibilities with professionalism and vision while strengthening intergovernmental cooperation for the benefit of the country.
